Expression data from quadriceps of myofiber mineralocorticoid receptor conditional knockout (MRcko)/mdx and myeloid cell MRcko/mdx mice compared to Cre-/mdx control mice

To identify the gene expression differences in skeletal muscles resulting from conditional knockout of the mineralocorticoid receptor in myofibers and myeloid cells in dystrophin-deficient mdx mice 9 total samples were analyzed; 3 biological replicates for each Cre -/mdx control, myofiber MRcko/mdx, and myeloid cell MRcko/mdx groups; a pairwise comparison between groups was carried out and fold-changes ≥2 were selected.

为鉴定肌纤维与髓系细胞中盐皮质激素受体（mineralocorticoid receptor）条件性敲除所引发的肌营养不良蛋白缺陷型mdx小鼠（dystrophin-deficient mdx mice）骨骼肌基因表达差异，本研究共分析9个样本；其中Cre-/mdx对照组、肌纤维MRcko/mdx组及髓系细胞MRcko/mdx组各设置3个生物学重复；随后对各组开展两两比较，并筛选差异倍数≥2的基因。
