To identify the gene expression differences in skeletal muscles resulting from conditional knockout of the mineralocorticoid receptor in myofibers and myeloid cells in dystrophin-deficient mdx mice 9 total samples were analyzed; 3 biological replicates for each Cre -/mdx control, myofiber MRcko/mdx, and myeloid cell MRcko/mdx groups; a pairwise comparison between groups was carried out and fold-changes ≥2 were selected.
为鉴定肌纤维与髓系细胞中盐皮质激素受体(mineralocorticoid receptor)条件性敲除所引发的肌营养不良蛋白缺陷型mdx小鼠(dystrophin-deficient mdx mice)骨骼肌基因表达差异,本研究共分析9个样本;其中Cre-/mdx对照组、肌纤维MRcko/mdx组及髓系细胞MRcko/mdx组各设置3个生物学重复;随后对各组开展两两比较,并筛选差异倍数≥2的基因。
