Italian consumers of dealcoholic wine

Data are based on Young adults' preferences toward NOLO wine. Specifically, through this dataset, we would like to understand whether and to what extent healthy-related aspects, social norms, socio-demographics, etc., could affect this preference.本数据集基于年轻成年人对NOLO葡萄酒的偏好数据构建。具体而言，本研究借助该数据集，旨在探究健康相关因素、社会规范、社会人口统计学（socio-demographics）特征等是否会对该偏好产生影响，以及其影响程度。
