Effect of IkBz (Nfkbiz) deficiency on oncogenic RAS transcriptional program. Mus musculus

The goal of the current study is to define the contribution of IkBzeta (Nfkbiz) to the transcriptional program ellicited by oncogenic v-RASHa in mouse primary keratinocytes In this dataset we provide gene expression data from primary mouse keratinocytes in culture. Overall design: 8 samples corresponding to 2 experimental conditions
