Effect of IkBz (Nfkbiz) deficiency on oncogenic RAS transcriptional program. Mus musculus

The goal of the current study is to define the contribution of IkBzeta (Nfkbiz) to the transcriptional program ellicited by oncogenic v-RASHa in mouse primary keratinocytes In this dataset we provide gene expression data from primary mouse keratinocytes in culture. Overall design: 8 samples corresponding to 2 experimental conditions本研究旨在明确IkBzeta（Nfkbiz）对致癌性v-RASHa诱导的小鼠原代角质形成细胞中转录程序的调控贡献。本数据集提供了体外培养的小鼠原代角质形成细胞的基因表达数据。实验整体设计：共包含8个样本，对应2种实验条件。
