上海市1：400万县级行政区划数据集（1996年）包括上海市1996年县级行政区划数据和县级行政驻地点数据。县级行政区划数据包括了县级行政单元的名称、拼音、行政区划代码、变迁情况等信息；驻地点数据包括县级行政单元驻地的位置信息，驻地的级别、变迁情况等信息。
Shanghai 1:4,000,000 County-level Administrative Division Dataset (1996) includes county-level administrative division data and county-level administrative resident point data of Shanghai in 1996. The county-level administrative division data covers information such as the names, pinyin, administrative division codes, and change histories of county-level administrative units; the resident point data includes the location information of the resident sites of county-level administrative units, as well as the level and change histories of these resident sites.
