Selective transfer of maternal antibodies in preterm and fullterm children

To investigate whether placental Fc-preferential transfer occurs constantly through-out pregnancy or evolves over time and whether the increased susceptibility of PT children is related to an impairment in the immune system or due to incomplete transfer of protective antibodies from the mother to neonate.

本研究旨在探究胎盘Fc偏好性转运（placental Fc-preferential transfer）是贯穿整个妊娠过程持续发生，还是随时间动态演化；同时探讨早产儿（PT children）的易感性升高是否与免疫系统功能受损相关，或是源于母体向新生儿保护性抗体的转运不完全。
