Biological targets of DHF were identified from the literature and published databases including HitPick, Swiss Target Prediction, Similarity Ensemble Approach, PubChem, PharmMapper, and DrugBank. The relevant human genes associated with EoE were selected as drug targets from various databases including Therapeutic Target Database, Malacards, GeneCards, and Open Targets Platform.

本研究从文献及公开数据库中鉴定得到二氢叶酸(DHF)的生物学靶点,所使用的数据库包括HitPick、Swiss靶点预测(Swiss Target Prediction)、相似性集成方法(Similarity Ensemble Approach)、PubChem、PharmMapper以及DrugBank。同时,从多个数据库中遴选得到与嗜酸性粒细胞性食管炎(Eosinophilic Esophagitis,EoE)相关的人类基因作为药物靶点,所用数据库包括治疗靶点数据库(Therapeutic Target Database)、Malacards、GeneCards以及开放靶点平台(Open Targets Platform)。
