Alteration in zebrafish larval microbiome upon acute exposure to tenorite nanoparticles

In this study, zebrafish larvae at 96 hpf (hours post fertilization) were exposed to copper oxide nanoparticles for 24 h at 10, 20, and 40 ppm. After exposure, the control and treated larvae were subjected to 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing.

本研究中，将受精后96 hpf（hours post fertilization）的斑马鱼幼鱼以10、20、40 ppm的浓度暴露于氧化铜纳米颗粒中24小时。暴露结束后，对对照组与处理组幼鱼开展16S rRNA扩增子测序。
