This study examined the effects of nutritional interventions on the milk composition and blood metabolic profiles in postpartum yaks. Twenty yaks, of similar parity and body condition, were randomly assigned to two groups: a control group, which grazed freely, and a treatment group, which received 3.0 kg of oat hay and 1.0 kg of concentrate feed daily in addition to free grazing. The trial lasted 81 days, covering the period from 21 days before calving to 60 days post-calving. Milk samples were collected weekly for analysis of nutrients, amino acids, and fatty acids, while blood samples were taken at 15, 30, and 60 days postpartum for serum metabolomics analysis.
本研究探究了营养干预对产后牦牛乳成分及血液代谢谱的影响。选取20头胎次、体况相近的牦牛,随机分为两组:对照组仅自由放牧;试验组在自由放牧的基础上,每日额外补充3.0千克燕麦干草与1.0千克精补饲料。本试验为期81天,覆盖产犊前21天至产犊后60天的时段。每周采集乳样,用于分析乳中营养成分、氨基酸及脂肪酸组成;分别于产犊后15、30、60天采集血液样本,用于血清代谢组学分析。
