本研究中，我们对取食模拟接种植株、芜菁黄化病毒（turnip yellows virus, TuYV）侵染的拟南芥（Arabidopsis thaliana）植株，或取食不含或携带TuYV病毒粒子的人工饲料的桃蚜（Myzus persicae）开展了Illumina小RNA测序（Illumina small RNA sequencing）分析。
