本数据集采用非平衡磁控溅射的方法在模拟件表面成功制备出了WC/C涂层,并通过观察截面形貌、划痕形貌对涂层膜-基可靠结合开展了研究工作。为了提高WC/C涂层在高温下的结合力和减小内应力,通过成分结构和工艺参数的调控实现了碳基涂层结构的主动控制。本数据集主要包括WC/C涂层的工艺、形貌、结构、性能数据。
For this dataset, WC/C coatings were successfully deposited on the surfaces of simulated specimens via unbalanced magnetron sputtering. Investigations on the reliable film-substrate adhesion of the coatings were conducted by observing their cross-sectional and scratch morphologies. To enhance the adhesion strength of WC/C coatings at high temperatures and reduce their internal residual stress, active control over the structure of the carbon-based coatings was achieved by regulating their composition, microstructure and process parameters. This dataset primarily encompasses process parameters, morphological characteristics, structural information and performance data of WC/C coatings.
