FACTORS AFFECTING RESPONSIBILITY ACCOUNTING AND ITS IMPACT ON MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE OF TEXTILE AND GARMENT ENTERPRISES IN VIETNAM

Data for this study mainly comes from responses of managers and accounting staff at large-scale garment enterprises in Vietnam via questionnaires. The collected answers are imported into SPSS and Amos software to calculate, and create data for the author to analyze. This dataset includes SPSS data imported, CFA and AMOS result. Respondents consented to publication of results from this study on the condition that their identity will not be revealed (stated in their consent form). Therefore, the dataset does not include their personal information. .

本研究的数据主要来源于针对越南大型服装企业管理人员与会计人员发放的问卷回收结果。所收集的调研数据被导入SPSS与Amos软件进行运算处理，生成可供作者开展分析的数据集。本数据集包含导入后的SPSS原始数据、验证性因子分析（Confirmatory Factor Analysis，CFA）结果以及Amos分析结果。受访者在签署的知情同意书中明确约定，本研究的成果发表时不得披露其个人身份，因此本数据集未包含任何受访者的个人信息。
