Gut microbiome data from Korean non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs)

Stool samples for both shotgun and amplicon sequencing were collected at screening (n = 92), after C2D1 (n = 82), and at progression (n = 36) to identify factors associated with ICI response.

为识别与免疫检查点抑制剂（immune checkpoint inhibitor, ICI）治疗应答相关的影响因素，本研究分别于筛查阶段（n=92）、C2D1治疗后（n=82）及疾病进展阶段（n=36）采集粪便样本，用于鸟枪法测序（shotgun sequencing）与扩增子测序（amplicon sequencing）。
