Code and Data for Riegl et al: Invasive Blackberry Outcompetes The Endemic Galapagos Tree Daisy Scalesia pedunculata. Ecological Applications. All code and datafiles used in this publication are provided. Data are from Scalesia pedunculata trees in 17 plots with blackberry (Rubus niveus) either experimentally removed, or still present. Measurements are total height (to the nearest 10 cm) and diameter at breast height (DBH). Survival of trees was tracked over 7 years and recruits were counted. Datasets extend from 2014 to 2021.本数据集配套代码与数据源自Riegl等人发表于《Ecological Applications》的研究论文：《入侵黑莓竞争排挤特有物种加拉帕戈斯树菊（Scalesia pedunculata）》。本数据集包含该论文发表时所用的全部代码与数据文件。数据采集自17个样地内的树菊（Scalesia pedunculata）个体，对应样地中的黑莓（Rubus niveus）分别设置了人工移除实验与保留原生群落两种处理组。测量指标包括植株总高度（精确至最近10厘米）以及胸径（Diameter at Breast Height，简称DBH）。研究对植株的存活情况开展了长达7年的跟踪监测，并统计了更新幼苗的数量。数据集的时间跨度为2014年至2021年。
