Mean surface mass balance over Larsen C ice shelf, Antarctica (1979-2014), assimilated to in situ GPR and snow height data

We produce a reconstruction of surface mass balance (SMB) (in mm w.e. per year) by adjusting the 1979-2014 RACMO2 SMB to the spatial pattern of ground-penetrating radar observations and to observations of SMB from sonic height rangers.

本研究构建了单位为毫米水当量每年的表面质量平衡（surface mass balance, SMB）重建数据集，通过将1979-2014年的RACMO2 SMB数据校正匹配至探地雷达观测的空间分布格局，以及超声高度计获取的SMB观测结果。
