Organizational Inertia in [the] Forest Department [of] India, 2001-2002

A research study on organizational change, specifically in the Forest Department, India. The questionnaire survey included questions on opinions on a series of statements about the forest department and the experience of working in it. Additional variables include information about service career, demographics, family, educational background, and home environment.
