GeoEcoMar Meiobenthos Bridge-BS 21 -24.07.2024

The dataset contains qualitative and quantitative data of meiobenthos taxa identified in July 2024, from 6 stations located in the Romanian Black Sea area along a transect crossing Mangalia-MA. The samples were preserved in 10% formalin onboard and subsequently were processed in the NIRD GeoEcoMar laboratory, according to Gierre, 2009 . Measurements of physical, chemical and biological parameters of sediments were performed in order to gather new data (CTD parameters, nutrients, hydrogen sulfide, chl-a, benthos and other crucial parameters) for improving key process descriptions (redox processes, vertical mixing, CIL formation, etc.).本数据集收录了2024年7月于罗马尼亚黑海海域沿穿越曼加利亚-MA（Mangalia-MA）断面布设的6个采样站位的小型底栖生物（meiobenthos）分类群定性与定量数据。样品于采样船上采用10%福尔马林溶液固定，随后依据Gierre 2009年的实验方法，在NIRD GeoEcoMar实验室完成样品处理。为完善氧化还原过程、垂直混合、CIL形成等关键海洋过程的描述，本研究同步开展了沉积物物理、化学及生物学参数的测定工作，以获取温盐深（CTD）参数、营养盐、硫化氢、叶绿素a（chl-a）、底栖生物等核心关键数据。
