MtSHR overexpression in M. truncatula hairy roots triggers cortical cell divisions and formed nodule like structure without rhizobia inoculation. To investigate whether these cortical cell divisions and nodule like structure are relevanted to nodules, we collected M. truncatula hairy roots transformed with empty vector (EV) or pLjUBQ:MtSHR1, respectively, on the basis of RFP and performed RNA sequencing.
在蒺藜苜蓿(Medicago truncatula)毛状根中过表达MtSHR,可诱导皮层细胞分裂,并在不接种根瘤菌(rhizobia)的条件下形成类根瘤结构。为探究此类皮层细胞分裂与类根瘤结构是否与根瘤相关,本研究基于红色荧光蛋白(Red Fluorescent Protein, RFP)的筛选标记,分别收集转化了空载体(empty vector, EV)和pLjUBQ:MtSHR1的蒺藜苜蓿毛状根,并进行了RNA测序。
