European biodiversity data for invertebrates in the DRYvER project

Abundance, density, mean length, mean dry mass, and mean secondary production of all macroinvertebrate taxa collected in the six European DRNs, together with associated environmental data collected during invertebrate sampling. Environmental and background variables include flow state, number of subsamples, sampled area, maximum, minimum, and mean wetted width, bankfull width at minimum and maximum wetted widths, pH, conductivity, temperature, dissolved oxygen (absolute concentration and % saturation), discharge, percentage of inorganic substrates, percentage cover of macrophytes and other organic substrates, mean water velocity, substrate embeddedness, maximum depth, and reach length.

本数据集收录了6个欧洲DRNs中采集的全部大型无脊椎动物类群（macroinvertebrate taxa）的丰度、密度、平均体长、平均干重及平均次级生产力，同时附带无脊椎动物采样过程中获取的配套环境数据。环境与背景变量包括流态、子样本数量、采样面积、最大湿宽、最小湿宽与平均湿宽、对应最小及最大湿宽的满岸宽度、pH值、电导率、水温、溶解氧（dissolved oxygen，绝对浓度与饱和度百分比）、流量、无机基质占比、大型水生植物（macrophytes）及其他有机基质的覆盖百分比、平均水流流速、基质镶嵌度（substrate embeddedness）、最大水深与河段长度。
