In this dataset, higher total scores indicate a person's perception that his/her psychological contract is increasingly fulfilled or not disrupted/violated.
The items with label "GASP....DEL" and "PCB....DEL" are deleted ones because the item validities (corrected item-total correlations/CIT) are less than 0.250.
