This study aimed to invistigate the impact of H-Ras depletion on cognitive function and pathological features of AD. Overall design: We performed bulk mRNA-seq to examine the transcriptome changes associated with Hras knockout in APP/PS1 mice. RNA-Seq data was collected from 6 mice (3 males & 3 female) from each genotype group (APP/PS1, APP/PS1/Hras-/-) at 9 months of age. Sequencing was performed using Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform, generating 20 million reads per sample on a 150-bp paired-end run.

本研究旨在探究H-Ras基因耗竭对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's Disease, AD)认知功能及其病理特征的影响。实验总体设计:我们通过批量mRNA测序(bulk mRNA-seq)检测APP/PS1小鼠中Hras基因敲除后的转录组变化。测序样本采集自9月龄的两种基因型组(APP/PS1、APP/PS1/Hras-/-),每组各6只小鼠(雄性3只、雌性3只)。测序采用Illumina NovaSeq 6000平台,以150 bp双端测序模式运行,每个样本可产生2000万条测序读段。
