Endogenous α-synuclein is involved in many pathophysiological processes in the secondary injury stage after acute spinal cord injury, and the mechanism remains largely unknown. This research aims to further elucidate the effect of knockdown of α-synuclein on transcriptional levels after spinal cord injury and its underlying mechanisms based on RNA-seq.

内源性α-突触核蛋白(α-synuclein)参与急性脊髓损伤后继发性损伤阶段的多种病理生理过程,但其具体机制在很大程度上仍未明确。本研究旨在基于RNA-seq技术,进一步阐明敲低α-突触核蛋白对脊髓损伤后转录水平的影响及其潜在机制。
