Reproducible results for: Releasing a preprint is associated with more attention and citations for the peer-reviewed article

Zip file contains scripts, parameters, data, and results. API keys for Entrez, Altmetric, and CrossRef are not included.
In accordance with Altmetric's data use agreement, the raw data from Altmetric and the Attention Score for each article are not included. These data can be obtained by running the code after acquiring an API key from Altmetric. Files from which the Attention Score have been removed have a suffix of "_edit".
Citation counts come from CrossRef, all other article metadata come from PubMed.

本压缩包包含脚本、参数、数据集与实验结果，未包含Entrez、Altmetric及CrossRef的API密钥。
依据Altmetric的数据使用协议，本数据集未收录Altmetric原始数据及每篇论文的注意力评分（Attention Score）。
用户可在从Altmetric处获取API密钥后，通过运行代码获取上述数据。
