S. cerevisiae was grown on YEPD. For yellow experiments, yeast cells were grown overnight at 24 °C to an optical density 0.8 - 1 (A600). The culture was refreshed to 0.2 O.D and grown at 24 °C for 6h. At this time cells were collected. Experiment was carried out hybridising the cDNA from the same RNA (from this culture) with both Cy3 and Cy5. Keywords: repeat sample
酿酒酵母(S. cerevisiae)于YEPD培养基中培养。在黄色荧光实验中,酵母细胞于24℃下过夜培养至光密度值为0.8~1(A600);将培养液稀释至光密度(optical density,简称O.D)为0.2后,于24℃继续培养6小时,随后收集酵母细胞。本实验将该培养物提取的同一批次RNA对应的cDNA,同时与Cy3和Cy5进行分子杂交。关键词:重复样本
