Gene expression data of mRNA from hypothalamus sample of pig breed German Landrace with different coping behavior haplotype

47,880 probe-sets were screened, in the first part of this study, they were analysed for differential expression between two groups differing in coping behavior associated haplotype RNAs of hypothalamus from German Landrace at adult stage were hybridized to Affymetrix Porcine Snowball Array.

本研究第一部分共筛选得到47880个探针组（probe-sets）；将成年德国长白猪（German Landrace）下丘脑内与应对行为相关的单倍体型RNA样本与Affymetrix猪Snowball基因芯片（Affymetrix Porcine Snowball Array）进行杂交后，对两个存在差异的组别开展了差异表达分析。
