Transcriptome data of Yarrowia lipolytica ST015 under acetate conditions

This project conducted transcriptome sequencing on strain ST015 (in the logarithmic growth phase) cultured in MMA medium for 16 hours, aiming to identify genes with high expression under acetate conditions, and thus determine promoters with high expression efficiency under these conditions.

本项目对处于对数生长期（logarithmic growth phase）的菌株ST015开展转录组测序（transcriptome sequencing），该菌株于MMA培养基（MMA Medium）中培养16小时，旨在鉴定乙酸盐条件下的高表达基因，进而确定该条件下具有高表达效率的启动子。
