南海珊瑚礁代表性物种数据库-新种滨螺Littoraria sp.nov全线粒体基因组数据库

原始测序数据（Rawdata）：2 个 gz 压缩文件，总容量 6.39G，对应双端测序的两端原始 reads，包含测序仪采集的全部碱基序列、质量值及索引信息，未经过滤处理。清洁数据（Cleandata）：2 个 gz 压缩文件，总容量 6.11G，由原始数据经过滤处理后获得，剔除了低质量序列、接头污染及微生物污染片段，为后续基因组组装与注释提供高质量数据支撑。

Raw sequencing data (Rawdata): 2 gzipped files with a total size of 6.39 G, corresponding to the raw reads from both ends of paired-end sequencing. It contains all base sequences, quality values and index information collected by the sequencer, and remains unfiltered.

Clean data (Cleandata): 2 gzipped files with a total size of 6.11 G, obtained by filtering the raw sequencing data. It has removed low-quality sequences, adapter contaminants and microbial contamination fragments, providing high-quality data support for subsequent genome assembly and annotation.
