Evolution of holometabolous insects.. Corydalinae sp. KMRSPBM-2012

Holometabola is the most successful lineage of living organisms in terms of species number (ca. 800,000). For the reconstruction of a robust backbone of the holometabolan phylogeny transcriptome data are analysed. The main issues of the project are the interrelationships of the holometabolan orders, the evolution of different character complexes and the groundplan of the lineage, and the assessment of data quality and information content of molecular and morphological data.

就物种数量而言（约80万种），全变态类昆虫（Holometabola）是现存生物中最为成功的演化支系。为构建稳健的全变态类系统发育主干框架，本项目对转录组（transcriptome）数据展开分析。本项目的核心研究内容包括：全变态类昆虫目级阶元的系统发育关系、不同性状复合体的演化历程、该演化支的基础构型，以及分子与形态学数据的质量及信息含量评估。
