These cards, which have been joined to form books, provide valuations and other information about properties within the City of Coburg.The City of Coburg was divided into four wards: South, East, Centre, and North. The Valuation Cards are arranged by rate assessment number order, which corresponded to the order in which properties were valued. There is no index to these records. Access to these records is via the Rate and Valuation Cards (VPRS 11725) which are arranged alphabetically by road or street name.
