Whole genome sequencing of endophytes isolated from medicinal plants.

These bacterial strains were isolated from different tissues of medicinal plants collected in Bangladesh. Whole-genome sequencing was performed using the Illumina sequencing platform.本数据集所包含的细菌菌株，分离自采集自孟加拉国的药用植物的不同组织。全基因组测序采用Illumina测序平台完成。
