Rhizosphere Bacterial Community in Pyrus

In order to identify the rhizosphere bacterial community responding to saline-alkali stress, the 16S rRNA sequencing analysis of two Pyrus species, Pyrus betulifolia and P. ussuriensis was conducted.为解析响应盐碱胁迫（saline-alkali stress）的根际细菌群落（rhizosphere bacterial community），本研究对两个梨属（Pyrus）物种——杜梨（Pyrus betulifolia）与秋子梨（P. ussuriensis）开展了16S rRNA测序分析（16S rRNA sequencing analysis）。
