1)Terms of the models, see Material and methods for abbreviations. ±sign stands for second-order polynomial.STATUS models refer to effects of reserve vs. MTA without control for covariables, MAM models include a combination of all covariables and interactions whose effect differed from zero and from one another, whereas MAM-STATUS models asses the effect of reserve vs. MTA on residuals from MAM models.
