SAIL - Meteorological data

Quality-assured meteorological observations from hourly records made by Navy’s meteorological observers during the SAIL campaign January - May 2020 over the Atlantic Ocean. 本数据集包含2020年1月至5月SAIL行动期间，海军气象观测人员在大西洋海域获取的逐小时气象观测记录经质量管控后的观测数据。该数据文件的字段结构如下：
