KiTS21

This dataset includes 300 patients with suspected renal cancer who underwent either partial or radical nephrectomy. It encompasses both clinical data and CT scan images, with manual annotations covering kidneys and tumors in the images. Additional components of the dataset consist of CT scan volumes, annotated volumes and the clinical data mentioned above. The annotated volumes contain manual segmentations of kidneys, tumors and cysts, while the clinical data includes 41 variables and was originally acquired in DICOM format. Comprising 300 patients in total, this dataset supports two downstream tasks: survival prediction and ISUP grading classification.
