Stewartia pseudocamellia restriction site-associated DNA sequencing

We use the restriction-site associated DNA sequencing (RAD-seq) data to explore the phylogenetic conflict in Stewartia s.l., a clade of about 25 species of shrubs and small trees of tea family (Theaceae ).本研究采用限制性酶切位点相关DNA测序（restriction-site associated DNA sequencing, RAD-seq）数据，探究广义紫茎属（Stewartia s.l.）的系统发育冲突。该类群隶属于茶科（Theaceae），包含约25种灌木与小乔木。
