DETERMINATION OF VITAMINS IN THE CONTENT OF WALNUT FRUIT PLATES

The article presents information on the chemical composition of the fruit plate (Diaphragma Juglandis Fructus) of the walnut (Juglans regia L.), its importance for human health, and the content of water-soluble vitamins in aqueous extracts of the fruit plate, which increases in the order B2 < B1 < B9 when analyzed by the USSX method.本文介绍了核桃（Juglans regia L.）分心木（Diaphragma Juglandis Fructus）的化学成分、其对人体健康的重要意义，以及该分心木水提取物中水溶性维生素的含量情况；采用USSX法分析时，其水溶性维生素含量按B2 < B1 < B9的顺序递增。
