Leveraging proprietary system platforms such as e-Dianjia owned by our organization, this dataset records and analyzes regional and store data of participants in brand marketing activities in Jiangxi Province, and determines the value of each region and store within the province via algorithms. It can be applied to brand campaign management, store classification, personalized precision marketing, and service optimization strategy formulation. Additionally, it caters to enterprises or institutions with needs in industry-related scenarios including merchant behavior pattern analysis and business operation analysis, such as providing data references for different brands to launch their activities, and offering data support for store operators to evaluate their own vitality. (The sample data only demonstrates the algorithm and evaluation process for one region and one store, while the data package includes stores from other regions that participated in the activities.)
1. Data Collection:
Collected via the legally proprietary e-Dianjia and other systems of Huihe Technology, the regional and store data of participants in brand marketing activities in Jiangxi Province are recorded, analyzed, cleaned, deduplicated, and invalid data is removed. The data package is organized by region, so the display order does not strictly follow the chronological sequence.
2. Data Calculation:
The data package contains monthly data of all stores in Jiangxi Province that participated in brand activities (covering multiple regions and brands). The store status is verified: photos of stores in normal operation or participating in activities are uploaded to the Huihe Audit Platform. Stores that pass the audit will be marked with "No Abnormalities" in their operating status (store photos involve relevant privacy and will not be displayed). A store is recorded as participating in the activity if it has signed the relevant agreement. The value of a store/region is calculated as: Value = (Total number of participating stores in the region this month / Total number of participating stores in Jiangxi Province this month) * k, where k is the value coefficient, which varies by year. The value coefficient for 2024 is set to 10.
3. Hierarchical Evaluation:
Hierarchical evaluation is conducted based on the value of stores/regions:
- 0 < k ≤ 3: "General Value Region / General Value Store"
- 3 < k ≤ 6: "Development Value Region / Development Value Store"
- 6 < k < 10: "Key Value Region / Key Value Store"
(According to actual operational conditions, there are no cases where k=0 or k=10. Store evaluations are subordinate to the evaluation of their corresponding region.)
4. Data Reuse:
The dataset supports multiple data reuse scenarios, including providing data references for brand parties to launch their activities, and offering data support for store operators to evaluate their own vitality. For example, feedback can be provided to brand parties to promote closer cooperation between brand parties and "Key Value Regions / Key Value Stores", such as offering preferential policies.
