Dataset used to assess healthcare workers' happiness, health, and motivation in Kenya (RNDKM).

The current dataset is on healthcare workers' (n=553) overall scores on happiness, health status, and motivation in all public and faith-based hospitals in Meru County, Kenya. The Meru County Government Department of Health approved this study to be carried out in their county [CGM/COH/1/17(50)].
