Validation of microarray experiments. The expression profiles of a select subset of genes were compared between RT-qPCR and microarray results. Expression levels were validated by testing the correlation of log2 expression values for RTâ qPCR samples against microarray log2 expression ratios (Cy5/Cy3). (XLSX 75 kb)
