本数据集检测了两类样本的转录组与表观基因组特征:其一为感染淋巴细胞脉络丛脑膜炎病毒(Lymphocytic Choriomeningitis Virus, LCMV)Cl-13株8天后的野生型(Wild Type, WT)与TOX基因敲除(TOX-/-)P14 T细胞;其二为经对照或TOX逆转录病毒转导的体外分化CD8阳性T细胞,以及NIH3T3成纤维细胞。实验设计概述:将野生型与TOX基因敲除P14 T细胞联合过继转移至宿主后,令其后续感染LCMV Cl-13株8天,以此分析其表观基因组特征。
