Dataset for Microstructure Analysis of Nanomaterials/Films Using High-Brightness Pulsed Slow Positron Beam. This dataset mainly consists of experimental data collected during the operation of the high-brightness pulsed slow positron beam platform, including positron annihilation lifetime spectra and their deconvolution results of metallic materials such as Ni and Ti under different positron acceleration voltages; positron annihilation lifetime spectra and deconvolution results of irradiated silicon carbide (SiC) under different operating voltages; positron annihilation lifetime spectra and deconvolution results of PC plastic samples under different operating voltages; experimental data of positron annihilation S and W line-shape parameters of DBS samples under different treatment conditions; and positron annihilation lifetime spectra and deconvolution results of monocrystalline silicon samples under different operating voltages. The total size of the dataset is 27.1 MB.
