Immunization Protocols.

DNA vaccines were administered IM as described in Materials and Methods, such that each animal received a total of 60μg of designated vaccine at week 0 and again at week 3. Vrep vaccines were given IM as described in Materials and Methods, such that each animal received a total of 20μg of designated vaccine at week 0 and again at week 3 or week 6.
