INFORMATIZATION OF THE LIBRARY SPHERE AS A SOCIO-PHILOSOPHICAL PHENOMENON OF SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT IN UZBEKISTAN

the article examines the processes of social informatization in the Republic of Uzbekistan from a socio-philosophical perspective, focusing on the transformation of the library sector. Libraries are analyzed as key social institutions responsible for preserving social memory, disseminating knowledge, and shaping the national information space. Special attention is paid to state policy in the digitalization of librarianship, the development of network-based cooperation, and the integration of information resources.本文从社会哲学维度出发，探析乌兹别克斯坦共和国的社会信息化进程，重点关注图书馆领域的转型变革。研究将图书馆视为承载保存社会记忆、传播知识、构建国家信息空间职能的核心社会机构并展开系统分析，同时着重探讨图书馆事业数字化进程中的国家政策、网络化合作发展及信息资源整合相关工作。
