Chrysanthemum Morifolium is an important traditional Chinese medicine plant in China. Flavonoids are the primary pharmacologically active compounds in flowers of C.Morifolium. However, the molecular regulatory network governing flavonoid metabolism during flower development remains largely elusive. Flowers samples were collected during different developmental stages, and then profiled transcriptomic landscape of flower of C.Morifolium at different stages and also revealed a distincet transcriptional regulation occurring at the four stages of flower development from the prospective of differentially expressed unigenes.
菊花(Chrysanthemum Morifolium)是我国重要的传统药用植物。黄酮类化合物是其花器官中的主要药理活性成分。然而,调控菊花花发育过程中黄酮类化合物代谢的分子调控网络仍尚未被充分解析。本研究采集了不同发育阶段的花样本,对不同发育阶段的菊花花开展转录组全景分析,并基于差异表达单基因簇(unigene)的分析视角,揭示了菊花花发育四个阶段中独特的转录调控模式。
