This project contains RNAseq data done in the context of the study of the REVOLUTA transcription factor function in fruit endocarp b development. It contains three data sets. 1) RNAseq of total RNA of A.thaliana and C.hirsuta fruit valves at stage 16 and 17ab. 2) RNAseq of miRNA (enriched from RISC complexes) of A.thaliana and C.hirsuta fruit valves at stage 16 and 17ab (experiment done in parallel to exp 1) 3) RNAseq of total RNA of C.hirsuta fruit valves after induction of the C.hirsuta transcription factor REVOLUTA1 resistant to miRNA degradation (construct ChPER66::GR-Lh4G/Op4::ChREV1r-GFP induced with dexamethasone at two different time points, 4 days and 6 days)
本数据集源自一项针对REVOLUTA转录因子在果实内果皮瓣发育过程中功能的研究,共包含三套测序数据:
1) 拟南芥(A.thaliana)与琴叶拟南芥(C.hirsuta)16期及17ab期果瓣的总RNA测序(RNAseq)数据;
2) 与实验1同步开展的、针对拟南芥和琴叶拟南芥16期及17ab期果瓣的微RNA(miRNA,从RNA诱导沉默复合物(RISC,RNA-induced silencing complex)中富集得到)测序数据;
3) 经诱导表达抗miRNA降解的琴叶拟南芥REVOLUTA1转录因子后的琴叶拟南芥果瓣总RNA测序(RNAseq)数据;该诱导采用表达构建体ChPER66::GR-Lh4G/Op4::ChREV1r-GFP,以地塞米松在4天与6天两个不同时间点完成诱导处理。
