Wild boar (Sus scrofa) fecal microbiota

Analysis of the fecal microbiota of wild boar. Wild boar fecal samples were collected from different locations around the world and the microbiota composition determined via amplicon sequencing using universal primers for bacterial 16S rRNA genes and archaeal 16S rRNA genes.

野猪粪便微生物组分析。本研究采集了全球不同区域的野猪粪便样本，采用针对细菌16S rRNA基因（bacterial 16S rRNA genes）与古菌16S rRNA基因（archaeal 16S rRNA genes）的通用引物，通过扩增子测序技术对样本的微生物组组成进行测定。
