Underlying data sets:Feature counts (mRNA or microRNA)Individual-level pathway-based MPHL-PRSIndividual IDs refer to the same individuals across datasets, with the participant IDs in the feature counts additionally containing information on the serum (A, B, C or Placebo) and the treatment time (shortterm or longterm)

基础数据集包含两类：其一为特征计数数据（涵盖信使核糖核酸(mRNA)与微小核糖核酸(microRNA)），其二为个体水平基于通路的MPHL-PRS。各数据集所使用的个体ID均指向同一批研究对象，且特征计数模块中的受试者ID还额外包含了血清分组（A、B、C或安慰剂(Placebo)）以及干预时长（短期或长期）的相关信息。
