Mice with Paneth cell specific genetic ablation of IL-17 receptor and their WT littermates were treated with DSS (dextran sulfate sodium). Ileum tissue was used for RNA Sequencing.

针对潘氏细胞（Paneth cell）特异性敲除白细胞介素17受体（IL-17 receptor）的小鼠及其野生型同窝对照小鼠，采用葡聚糖硫酸钠（DSS，dextran sulfate sodium）进行处理。随后提取其回肠组织开展RNA测序（RNA Sequencing）实验。
