This dataset was used to explore deep learning models ability to quantify analyte load of LFA. Commercially available COVID-19 Rapid test kits, which test for the presence of nucleocapsid(N) protein, were photographed with a smartphone after results were ready. During the testing a known amount of N protein was added to the extraction buffer tube after which the following steps were performed according to manufacturer's instructions. This dataset was used to train deep learning models to classify various levels of N protein.

本数据集用于探究深度学习模型对侧向流层析分析（LFA）中分析物负载量的定量能力。本次实验选用市售的针对核衣壳（N）蛋白的新型冠状病毒（COVID-19）快速检测试剂盒，待检测结果显现后，使用智能手机对其进行拍摄。实验过程中，将已知浓度的N蛋白添加至提取缓冲液管内，后续操作严格遵循试剂盒生产商的使用说明书执行。本数据集被用于训练深度学习模型，以对不同负载水平的N蛋白进行定量分类。
