Youkang Elderly Care Institution Admission Assessment Management Software is provided for all elderly care institutions, elder care homes, and professional care-based community senior day care centers in Shanghai. It conducts assessments on items affecting the daily lives of elderly residents, including their activities of daily living (ADL), cognitive ability, emotional behaviors, vision and adaptability, to determine their care service level. It also carries out ongoing graded assessments based on the physical and mental conditions of the elderly once a year, to ensure the authenticity, validity and completeness of the assessment data.
